Alpha And Omega Studios

Welcome to Alpha & Omega Digital recording studio. Here are some facts about the facilities and equipment that we can provide.

Alpha & Omega uses digital stand alone hard drive recording units. At present we are operating with the Korg D3200. Recording is done in 16 bit or 24 bit with 12 live inputs at a time. These units come with multiple built in effects encompassing all sorts of guitar effects such as chorus, flanger, distortion..etc as well as complex multieffects such as compressor / limmiters and noise gates. All recordings burn straight to CD.

The recording studio is large enough to record small bands , small vocal choirs and live drums. Alpha & Omega use state of the art microphones. For vocals we use the AKG 3000B condensor.
For drums we are using a combination of AKG and Shure microphones. Likewise for instuments we also use Shure and AKG instrument mics such as the shure SM57 & 58.

Alpha & Omega can also offer midi file production with over 600 preset sounds to work with including General midi sounds.
Alpha & omega is a one man operated studio. Stephen Graham is the owner / operator and can also be hired for session guitar work. Alpha & omegas price includes the services of Stephen.

There is an outdoor recreation area as well as toilet facilities on site.
There is a Ensonique TS10 keyboard WHICH IS GENERAL MIDI COMPATIBLE.

Studio hours are 9 am – 6 pm 7 days a week. There are 3 sets of headphones also available to the hirer.
